Management Team
Sabri Ozel
Sabri Ozel was born on 13 March 1964 in Semdinli district of Hakkari province. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Hakkari. He started his trade life with a shop called OZEL MARKET in Semdinli in 1978. The next year, in 1979, he expanded his trade area by buying the first white goods store and tube gas dealership of the region. In 1981 he opened the OZIPEK TEKSTIL store offering the first textile and furnishing products of the region. In 1992, SABRI OZEL established SABRI OZEL ITHALAT & IHRACAT company which carries out the trade of buying and selling copper ore. In 2007, the company invested in the iron and steel industry and became the founding partner of Erbil Steel Company, the first construction iron and steel factory in Iraq. In 2011, the company became the investor of the first mixed complex project of the region in Erbil-Iraq, which has high construction quality, earthquake certification and modern brands which is GULANPARK -WTC ERBIL Project In 2016, the company invested in the 5 stars Radisson Blu- Ottomare Hotel on the Zeytinburnu coastal road in Istanbul. In 2021, the company continued to invest in the iron and steel industry and became a founding partner of MED STEEL COMPANY. In 2023, the 5 stars Radisson Blu Erbil Hotel was inaugurated in Erbil, Iraq, in the Gulanpark Project Complex. He has completed the investment of ZINC OXIDE ERBIL factory, which is an environmentally sensitive project, in Erbil- Iraq in 2024. In 2024, to provide employment to the region where he was born and raised, he started mining activities under the umbrella of SBOZELGROUP in Hakkari and neighboring provinces. In December 2024, it started construction activities in Benghazi, Libya, as the founding partner of OZEL KOZA INSAAT company for infrastructure and superstructure projects. In 2025, research and feasibility studies are continuing to make new investments in the tourism sector. Negotiations for 5 stars hotel investments in various important European cities have reached the final stage. SBOzelgroup companies continue their activities in tourism, industry, mining, real estate and construction sectors without compromising the principles of quality service and customer satisfaction. Within the scope of Social Responsibility projects, SB BARAN ASSOCIATION, which is under the umbrella of SBOZELGROUP, provides scholarships to students from primary school to university and provides children's parks, sports clubs, library and museum services. It provides important social services especially in the Hakkari-Semdinli region. Sabri Ozel is married and has 5 children.

Tayfun Kutlu graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Architecture and obtained his master's degree in Architectural Design from Yıldız Technical University. Kutlu started his career as an architectural projects manager and worked in various positions at Koçtaş DIY Company between 1997-2013. Kutlu worked as the General Coordinator of SB Ozel Group's World Trade Center Gulan Park Project between 2013-2014. He is currently working as CEO at SB Ozel Group.

Bısheng Tunç was born in 1996 in the city of Zaho/Iraq, originally a Turkish citizen from Sirnak. She graduated from Erbil Salahaddin University, Department of Archeology in 2017. She completed her one-year internship with expert archaeologists in Syria and she is have worked in different department at the Sabri Ozel Group until 2019. Currently she working with SabriOzel Group Sales and Marketing Department and responsible to sales and rental.

Rafid Mohammed
Rafid Mohammed Hamadameen was born in Iraq. He established a logistics company in Denmark and led it for 10 years. In 2012, he returned to Kurdistan, Iraq. He graduated from Al-Kitab University's Department of Law. He has been a member of the Iraqi Lawyers Syndicate since 2019. Later, he joined the SB Ozel Group in 2020. As of 2023, he has been entitled to work as a legal consultant. Rafid holds dual Danish and Iraqi citizenship and is fluent in Kurdish, Danish, Arabic, and Turkish.

Shahla Taherkhan graduated from Tishk University, Department of IT engineering. She holds dual Turkish and Iraqi citizenship .She can speak three languages which are English , Kurdish and Turkish. She started her career as a Customer executive at Cihan Motors Authorized Toyota dealer (2018-2019). She worked as an accountant at Med Steel Factory between 2020-2022. She worked as the accounting manager of Jabal Hadid factory 2023 .She is currently working with SB Ozell Group as an accounting manager.

Raha Esmaeili was born in 1998 in Mahabad/Iran. She graduated from Tishk International University, Department of Architecture being a top student in 2023. She completed her internship in EWA company as an Architect. She has also done many freelance architectural projects. She joined Sabri Ozel group in 2023 and is currently working in real estate sales and marketing department.
